Saba is passionate about storytelling and works on the TV team at A24. She also loves comedy and produces live comedy shows at The Elysian Theater in her free time!

A graduate of the NBCU Page Program and Northwestern University, Sydney Yockey currently supports the president of Universal Television Alternative Studio (THAT'S MY JAM, THE WALL, WORLD OF DANCE). In addition, she produces and DP's short films, music videos, and web series with a focus on diverse, women-led stories.

Pam Matew is a Latina film director & producer and has been a filmmaker for over 15 years. She is in post production on her 11th short film and in pre-production on her 12th short film. Pam is also set to direct her first women-led action, sci-fi feature film in mid 2023.

Mary McHenry is an executive at Natasha Rothwell’s Big Hattie productions working across both film and television. She is committed to uplifting and supporting multicultural talent both on and off-screen.

 Kayla Washington is an aspiring marketing professional and Strategic Communications senior at the University of Houston. She previously interned at Paramount Pictures and Love Advertising. Kayla has found passion in highlighting and uplifting powerful, diverse stories. Upon graduation, you can find her continuing to piece together activations where these voices are at the forefront.

Julia Hess is a director and producer in the narrative short film and documentary world. She’s focused on normalizing diversity on screen and telling authentic stories that spotlight communities left out of mainstream Hollywood. A Boston University graduate and a proud MAIP (Multicultural Advertising Internship Program) alum, Julia has worked as a COVID PA and Set PA, as well as an Associate Producer for Eater.com.
